 The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services administers many aspects of regulation pertaining to the permitting of Environmental concerns.
    The Subsurface and Subdivisions Bureau handles the permitting of subsurface disposal systems (Septic Leach Fields) as well as Subdivisions of Land.
