We have not lost our focus as a family-owned and operated company. Bryan L. Bailey started the family business (Bryan L. Bailey, Associates) back in 1978, becoming a recognized Corporation in 1984, and added "doing business as" (d.b.a.) Turning Point Land Surveyors & Land Planners" in 1991, and most recently launch the Bailey Engineering brand.
Our clientele range from homeowners looking to improve their homes, commercial land developers looking to build our next neighborhood, to companies looking to expand their business by building a new building. No matter the size of the project, you should have a reputable, responsible, and experienced team of professionals help you wade through the local, state, and federal regulations surrounding the development of land.
